LionHeart Change Management, a limited company incorporated in England and Wales, was established in 2013 by Wendy Fagan.
It is the vehicle through which Wendy, a human resources leader, provides services. Based in England Wendy has more than 30 years’ experience operating in the UK and globally within an international, multi-jurisdictional frameworks.
Wendy is a tried and tested HR executive with an outstanding track record of successfully delivering complex HR initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, large corporate reorganisations and restructuring, TUPE transfers, outsourcing and integrations and managing challenging employee relations issues throughout Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.
